10th Aquatic Workshop
The 10th aquatic workshop was an extremely well received and successful conference. With over 190 candidates in attendance, the day ran very smoothly.
The range of lectures that were offered and attended was very pleasing. Thank you to all the presenters from QLD and those that travelled interstate for expressing your wisdom an knowledge and this memorable event. I am sure all participants waked away with an array of valuable ideas and information.
A new venue this year, Brisbane Grammar received favourably with the majority of the delegates happy with the central location. This year we held the conference in conjunction with Royal Life Saving. For teachers travelling from Regional areas the combined weekend proved to be a vast success.
This year was the first year that Queensland state awards were presented to AUSTSWIM teachers, congratulations to the successful award winners listed below.

Course Presenters Workshop
A Course Presenters workshop was held on June 27th at the 10th Aquatic Workshop.
This was the first workshop that has been held for presenters in a while and it was a good chance to meet presenters and get feedback. The feedback from the workshop was excellent and we will look at running more workshops over the coming 12 months.
