AUSTSWIM and the DECS swimming unit are pleased to announce that they're coming together for this year's SA AUSTSWIM state conference. We anticipate this to be the best one yet and are close to finalising the program.

2010 NSW WATER SAFETY AWARDS IN-CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2010 NSW AUSTSWIM STATE AWARDS OF EXCELLENCE

The 2010 NSW Water Safety Awards in-conjunction with the NSW AUSTSWIM State Awards of Excellence is to be held on Thursday 30th September, 2010 at 7pm at the beautiful Le Montage in Lilyfield.

The 2010 NSW Water Safety Awards recognise individuals and organisations that have assisted to improve water safety or have helped reduce drowning and water related injuries in their community within NSW and the NSW AUSTSWIM State Awards of Excellence recognise brilliance, commitment and innovation in the teaching of swimming and water safety, covering such aspects as teaching effectiveness and contribution to developing other teachers and training.

WA AUSTSWIM KING NEPTUNE AQUATIC CONFERENCE 2010

The AUSTSWIM -WA Business Centre would like to extend an invitation to all members of the Aquatic Industry to be a part of the 2010 WA AUSTSWIM ‘King Neptune’ State Annual Conference.

AUSTSWIM Community Service Announcements

The new AUSTSWIM Community Service Announcements have been re-launched nationally.  The CSA's featuring Brooke Hanson and Geoff Huegill urge the public to seek swimming lessons from accredited AUSTSWIM teachers ™ and encourage potential swim teachers to undertake an AUSTSWIM course.

This is a key time for AUSTSWIM  to re-launch the CSA's as it ensures all new teachers have time to train properly and have their skills perfected to teach children and adults over the peak summer period.
