1. Policy
AUSTSWIM will ensure its policies and procedures meet the requirements of Commonwealth or State/Territory legislation which are relevant to the RTO’s operations, and that:
- staff are provided with information about legislation that significantly affects their duties; and
- clients are provided with information about legislation that significantly affects their participation in vocational education and training.
